At TrackDirect.com, we are committed to the protection of your privacy. Keeping client information secure and using it only as our clients wish us to is a top priority. Any information we collect is used solely for the processing of orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience and will not be shared with any other organization or resold.

Credit card transactions on TrackDirect.com are handled by CardService International, a financial processing institution, which uses your credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.

We use "cookies" (a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive) in a very limited way on TrackDirect.com - only to make the ordering process more convenient for our users. If your browser preferences are set to disable Cookies we may be unable to process your order.

Our Bulb Replenishment E-mail Reminder Service uses your e-mail only for direct communication between TrackDirect.com and you the customer and is not shared with any third parties. If you wish to opt out of this service, you may easily do so by clicking the opt-out link on your first reminder e-mail. Opting out will assure that future orders from TrackDirect.com, made using the same contact info, will not generate any reminder emails.

Security

TrackDirect.com, Inc. conducts real-time commerce transactions using the highest industry standard for online security. Our merchant account provider, CardService International's Secure Socket Layer Application Programming Interface (SSL API) offers Internet Service Providers an encrypted connection to its Secure Payment Engine. By using the LinkPoint Secure Payment Gateway technology, all CardService International merchants receive fraud screening on each transaction and real-time reporting via their Web browser.

     Using CardService International's SSL API, all orders and payment information sent from the merchant's Web site will be encrypted using industry standard RC4 1024-bit encryption with SSL Version 3. This encrypted and secure data is routed to CardService International, decrypted and processed. All processed information (Approved/Declined transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely back to the Web site. Once at the Web server, it is decrypted and displayed to you, the consumer. Also, order confirmation e-mails are sent to the consumer and to the merchant.

     The CardService International SSL API guarantees that the orders and payment information generated by TrackDirect.com, Inc's Web site remains totally secure.
