beat any comparable price quote which includes free
freight and quick shipping.
- We reserve
the right to change items and prices, to limit quantities
and refuse any order without notice.

Quick
Shipping
We
ship most bulbs orders within 48 hours from our convenient
Mid-Atlantic locations. Please allow approximately two
weeks for delivery of Linear Track, Track Heads and Track
Accessories, Recessed and Emergency Lighting. In the event
that you pay for your order by check, we reserve the right
to await clearance of the funds prior to shipping.
TrackDirect.com reserves the right to refuse acceptance
of any order irrespective of an order confirmation and/or
limit quantities of any order. All orders are subject
to acceptance by TrackDirect.com's credit department.

Quality
UL Approved Brand Name Products
We proudly
feature and will only sell quality UL approved brand name
products. We will gladly inform you of our quality suppliers
if desired. We will never sacrifice quality for price.

Shipping
and Handling
We
offer free shipping on all orders to anywhere in
the contiguous 48 States (Alaska and Hawaii orders
must contact
us to arrange shipping). Orders of Bulbs and
Emergency Lighting regardless of size and variety
will be charged a $9.95 Handling and Packaging
Fee (per order, not per item). Orders which include
any Linear Track, Track Heads, Track Accessory
Items and Recessed items will be charged a Track shipping fee of $29.95 - $99.95 (per order, not per item) based on total shipment value and weight.

to maintaining huge inventories of Track, Recess and Exit
and Emergency Lighting fixtures we also provide all of
the bulbs you could need for them and then some. Browse

Return
Policy
All returns
must be approved in writing by TrackDirect.com, Inc..
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the
customer's expense. TrackDirect.com, Inc. will replace
or refund the defective product(s) at our discretion.
Notification to TrackDirect.com of damaged or defective
product(s) is required within 72 hours of receipt. Returns
other than for defective product will be subject to a
30% re-stocking fee. Special orders are not returnable.
All returns must be in their original carton and in a
good condition. We will notify you of receipt and acceptance
of all returns. Credit will be issued after inspection.
Claims for shipping damage must be filed with the delivery
carrier. Damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery
receipt.

Warranty
We warranty
all lighting products (excluding light bulbs) for 12 months
from date of purchase to be free of manufacturing defects.
Products that prove to be defective will be replaced or
refunded after examination by our company. Lighting products
that have been installed incorrectly or mis-handled are
not covered by this warranty.

Business
to Business
|
The
market we aim to serve, first and foremost, is the business
community. That's why we only sell in case-pack quantities
which are usually more appropriate to business level lighting
needs.
Of
course, individual consumers are also welcome to benefit
from the terrific discounts we offer on volume purchasing.
Do understand however that the quantities are case-packs,
the price of which is the individual bulb, recessed or track
item price multiplied by the number of bulbs or items per
case-pack, and the minimum total order is $50 for bulbs
and $95 for orders including track items.
Minimum
Order Fee
Orders
that do not reach a 30.00 minimum (sales tax and handling
fees not included) will have a $5.00 Minimum Order Fee added
to them during checkout. Orders of $30.00 or more
are exempt from this fee.
A
Word about Taxes
As
you may know, taxes do not apply to Internet commerce transactions
except if the buyer and merchant share the same state. If
you are a NJ based business like we are, you will be asked
to enter your reseller ID in order to be properly exempted
from State tax obligations. Only if you do not have a verifiable
reseller ID will you be charged NJ
State sales tax (7%).

Customer
Accounts
After
you've shopped at TrackDirect.com and you're on your way
to checkout you'll be asked whether you would like to setup
a customer account with us. We've established this service
specifically for the business level buyer who doesn't have
time to fill in their shipping and billing information each
time they want to resupply.
When
you setup an account with us, you establish a username and
password that is associated with the shipping and billing
information that you've provided us. On your next visit
to TrackDirect.com when you enter that username and password
your shipping and billing addresses will be filled out already,
leaving only your Credit Card or Check info for input. With
a customer account you also have the option of utilizing
our convenient Bulb Replenishment E-mail Reminder Service
(below).
If
you lose your password, don't worry, we'll send a copy of
it, at your request, to the e-mail you've provided in your
account. You can change or remove your account info at any
time and not have to worry about your privacy
- the information you provide will never be shared with
a third party. You may login
to your existing account here.

Bulb
Replenishment Reminders
In order
to help automate your bulb replenishment process we've established
an e-mail notification system that automatically contacts
you when your bulb reserves begin to dwindle. Once you've
set up a Customer Account and ordered from us we will send
you an e-mail reminder after an appropriate period of time
has passed which includes links to the exact bulbs you bought
in your last visit. Follow the links in this e-mail and
you can replenish your supplies in just a few mouse-clicks!
With TrackDirect.com's
automation features you'll never find yourself in the dark
again!
If you're
not interested in this feature you can, of course, opt out
of it. Upon receipt of your first reminder e-mail just click
the opt-out link and you will be permanently removed from
our reminder list. In order to opt back in you would need
to setup a new Customer Account that uses a different Login
name. In any case, the info you provide to us will never
be used for any purpose other than getting you the bulbs
